Want to Track Your Own Costs?

First, there is a new tool to help you decide whether to choose the bid route or cooperative path through a new Cost to Procure Calculator. This puts you in the driver seat in making the decision on which path to choose.

If you decide to go the bid route, why not track your own costs by completing the RFP/BID Tracking sheet. Simply record the time of everyone who touches and participates in the project (procurement, administrative support, management, legal counsel, subject matter experts) in half hour increments to see how your own costs compare with the national averages in the newly released NCPP RFP Tracking Report. Download the spreadsheet here. When completed, simply email to Executive Director Tammy Rimes to provide your cost results.
